This Rose by Fugolo comes from Pescantina from the vineyard called 'Campagna'.
The wine consists of a blend of Corvina Veronese and Molinara which are all hand-picked.
The stems of the grapes are removed but the grape skins are left in contact with the manure for 1 night to get to the pink colour. The grapes are fermented under controlled temperature.
The we has a pale pink colour, is fresh and fruity and tends towards a cherry flavour. A great wine as an aperitif or with fish and light starters. Ideally served with a temperature between 7 and 9 degrees.
