At 315 meters above sea level, the grapes grow in ideal conditions, where they are hand-picked to ensure the highest quality. After careful fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees, the wine matures for 6 to 7 months in steel vats. This process gives the Rosicasasso its characteristic balance and complexity.
