The 'Rosso dei Landron' Cabernet Veneto IGT from Moret Vini is a red wine made from 100% Cabernet and is best enjoyed with complex red meat and game dishes.
Moret Vini's Cabernet grapes grow on the hills of San Pietro, where they can absorb all the rich minerality of the soil without losing its intense sharpness. The late harvest and barrel aging enhance all these flavours and make this red wine balanced and complex. With a medium ruby colour, it reveals aromas of red berries, mulberry and cranberry. The taste is pleasantly dry. Made from Cabernet grapes, this wine is a still wine with a residual sugar content of ≤0 g/l and an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. Harvested in 2018, this wine is best served at a temperature of 16 - 18 °C. It pairs perfectly with complex red meat and game dishes.
