Product description
The 'Rubicola' Umbria Rosso Bio is a sophisticated organic red wine with a vibrant ruby color and an alcohol content of 12.5%, depending on the vintage. The aroma is fresh and inviting, with subtle notes of bergamot and rosehip. On the palate, a nice balance emerges between freshness and a light tannic structure. The wine is dry, invigorating and has pleasant acidity that highlights fruity notes of red fruits and violets.
Thanks to its light and fresh character, this wine is perfect as an aperitif or with light meals. It pairs excellently with dishes based on freshwater fish and goes well with refined fish soups. Its refreshing acidity makes it an ideal choice for lovers of elegant and accessible red wines.
The 'Rubicola' is vinified naturally, leaving the must in prolonged contact with the skins and occasionally refreshed through delestage. After fermentation, the wine matures in steel tanks, where the winter cold ensures natural clarification without animal products. Bottled unfiltered between the late winter season and early spring, this wine is ready to enjoy immediately!
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
