Cottini's 'Rugiadoso' Vendemmia Tardiva, an extraordinary red wine from the grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown at the foot of Monte Baldo. These grapes are left on the branches to ripen until the threshold of winter. In this way, ripening is also accompanied by natural wilting, a process that characterises this wine. These conditions combine to create this prodigy, with full-bodied flavour, rare softness, great body and enchanting aromas.
