The 'San Bortolo' Breganze Torcolato DOC Riserva is a white dessert wine made from 100% Vespaiola. Delicious dessert wine and the result of a selection of Vespaiola grapes dried for an entire winter in the granary of Villa Angarano. A wine that is unique for its perfect balance between sweetness and surprising freshness.
The grape bunches are carefully selected, harvested by hand and put into 2-kilo crates and then dried naturally in an airy granary. The wine matures for 24 months in new barriques. Very tasty with dry biscuits and blue cheese.
