Weingut Marx's Rosé Secco is a light sparkling wine from the Mosel region in Germany. Made from a cuvée of grape varieties, this wine has an alcohol content of 10.5% vol. and falls under the category of German Perlwein with added carbonation.
The wine is fine-fruited in taste and offers a refreshing, fruity flavour profile with aromas of red and yellow fruits. The wine was produced in a stainless steel tank using conventional methods. The grapes grow on soils of shell limestone, which contributes to the wine's mineral freshness.
This Secco is best served at a temperature of 6-8°C and is perfect as an aperitif, but also delicious when paired with salmon or bacon bread.
