The 'Selvadeg' is a natural and unfiltered sparkling wine, made using the ancestral method. This means that the wine undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle without added yeasts or sugars, ensuring an authentic and lively taste experience. The wine is produced from 100% Pignoletto (Grechetto Gentile) grapes, carefully harvested by hand and selected for the best quality.
With its pale yellow colour and cloudy appearance, thanks to maturation on its own yeast cells, this wine offers a fresh and delicate aroma with notes of apple and a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is fresh, slightly salty and lively, with a pleasantly rustic and pure taste. Its natural sparkle makes the wine dynamic and playful, perfect for drinking chilled at 6-8°C.

Vitivinicola Fangareggi is a family business with a long history in winemaking, dating back to the nineteenth century. In 2004, it decided to revive this old tradition, inspired by the knowledge and experience of previous generations. Since 2013, the winery has been marketing its own wine line. The vineyards, spread over 24 hectares in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena, are managed with care, focusing on tradition and respect for nature. The grapes are pruned and harvested by hand, with a rigorous selection of the best bunches, to ensure the highest quality in every bottle.
