'Sinte' Russ' is a red wine Pinot Noir from the Oltrepò Pavese DOC, made from Pinot Noir grapes. It goes well with starters and red meat, as well as game dishes.
'Sinte' Russ is our Pinot Noir in its deepest form. After a 15-day maceration, it is vinified in stainless steel tanks and then aged in cement vats. In the nose, a dark profile is observed, with notes of dark fruit not often found in Italy, while in the mouth there is good structure and typical red and small fruits of the Oltrepò terroir. The wine has an intense ruby red colour with purple nuances, an intense taste with good hints of vanilla and liquorice, and a full body with pleasant tannins. The alcohol content is 13-13.5% vol.
