In the southernmost part of the Colli Berici, Vicenza region (VI), an enchanting wine is created. Here the vineyards benefit from optimal sun exposure and favourable temperature fluctuations, where the Garganega and Chardonnay grapes thrive in the chalky soils of Eocene origin.
Harvest begins in September, when the grapes reach their optimal ripeness. With careful hand selection and manual harvest, the grapes come together to form a balanced cuvée.
The winery, with traditional and artisanal approaches, brings these grapes together to create a wine that captures the essence of 2022. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol, it testifies to the winemakers' craftsmanship and the potential of the vintage.
When poured, the wine reveals an intense straw yellow colour with brilliant golden reflections. The scent is a palette of mature notes, with hints of pineapple, exotic fruit, broom, jasmine, wild flowers, liquorice, honey and candied citrus.
At the first sip, the wine comes alive on the palate. The sensation is compelling, the wine's body is full and velvety, while remaining tense and lively. The interplay between freshness, mineral saltiness and recurring fruity notes is impressive and is enhanced by a subtle hint of hazelnut. The finish, almondy and fruity, is a lasting reminder of this wine's unique characteristics.
This wine, with its complex and refined character, calls for exquisite gastronomic pairings. A recommended pairing is sautéed crab with rosemary, where the seafood pairs perfectly with the refreshing notes of the wine.

Every sip of this wine reflects the terroir, meticulous craft and character of the vintage, making it a memorable addition to the world of Italian wines.
