The Sonia IGP Bianco Lazio is a white wine made from Trebbiano from vineyards located in the upper Tuscia of Viterbo that pairs perfectly with Fish, white meat and medium-aged cheeses. The straw yellow colour of the wine and its intense aroma of ripe fruit make it a delight for the senses. The wine is full-bodied and soft and should be served at a temperature of 8-10°C. The grapes are picked manually after which this wine is aged for a relatively short time (2 months) before being bottled.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
