Intense violet reflections, and a pleasant fruity characteristic aroma, a dry taste, pleasantly influenced by a variety of aftertaste of bitter almond. The Diano d'Alba has a good full-bodied wine structure and high alcohol content.
Combinations: starters filled with meat such as ravioli. Also excellent with soft and medium-flavoured cheeses and all appetisers.
