The Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Blanc de Blanc is a bubbly made from 100% Chardonnay and is best drunk with a variety of cheeses, but also goes well with different types of fish dishes.
In the southernmost part of the Colli Berici, Vicenza region (VI), there are vineyards with optimal sun exposure and favourable temperature variations. Chalky soils of Eocene origin set the scene for growing hand-selected Chardonnay grapes, harvested in August.
The wine, a pure expression of Chardonnay, has aged for 48 months on the lees. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol and the 2017 millésimé, it embodies the characteristics of that vintage.

When poured, the wine presents itself with a straw yellow colour, bright and embellished with an elegant perlage. The nose is intense and complex, with citrus notes of cedar, dried apricot, acacia flowers and orange blossom. Tones of yeast, honey and a touch of saltiness complete the fragrance.
At the first sip, the wine reveals an enveloping flavour and silky foam. It enters the palate gently, in harmony with the freshness and salty notes. The fruity hints remain present in a dry and flavourful finish. This Chardonnay offers a nuanced and engaging tasting experience, merging the character of the vintage with the craftsmanship for a unique wine experience.
