The Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay e Garganega and is best drunk with light starters like shellfish and seafood.
In the southernmost part of the Colli Berici (VI), with optimal sun exposure and favourable temperature variations, there are vineyards where Chardonnay and Garganega grapes have been carefully selected and harvested by hand.
The 2017 vintage, a millesimato, has undergone a 48-month ageing on lees, creating a unique character. This wine, with an alcohol content of 12% vol and packaged in 0.75-litre bottles, is visually characterised by a bright straw yellow colour with a fine and continuous pearlisation.
On smelling, fresh and vibrant floral notes are observed, with hints of jasmine, acacia and hawthorn. This is followed by subtle aromas of pear, white peach and bergamot, with salty undertones.
On tasting, the wine envelops the palate with a well-integrated texture and refreshing saline notes. The intriguing citrusy character emerges in the finish, which makes this wine extra captivating.
