.On smelling, the wine reveals an intense and complex aroma, a mix of citrus fruits and candied tropical fruits. Subtle notes of yeast, honey and thyme are complemented by mineral undertones. Tasting the wine reveals a rich and creamy palate that effortlessly masks its sweetness, playing with a balance between an acid undertone and lively saltiness. The dosage, based on Chardonnay Cà Rovere aged for a year in oak barrels, adds a refined touch to this special wine experience.
