The Tondobianco bianco IGT Salento is a white wine made from Malvasia and Garganega that can be drunk with risotto, sushi or shellfish. The wine has a straw yellow colour with on the nose a fruity bouquet with very present citrus notes. The mouthfeel is round with a slight freshness. This balanced white wine comes from grapes that are carefully selected and picked by hand. Vinification takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature after which it is bottled. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it is a wonderful wine with starters and light dishes that should be drunk between 8-10°C.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
