The 'Torrale' Bianco DOC is a white wine made from 100% vermentino that can be perfectly drunk as an aperitif or with light starters.
The wine has a straw yellow colour with clear golden reflections. On the nose, the wine has elegant notes of citrus and tropical fruits like guava, mango and passion fruit. The mouthfeel is very fresh with a present mineral texture. The acidity and harmonious finish make the wine perfect to start the evening with. 11,000 bottles of this wine are made every year. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine has an alcohol content of 14% and should be drunk at a chilled temperature of 8°C.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
