The Vagabondo Rosso IGT BIO 2010 by Marcel Zanolari is a red wine made from Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Merlot. The wine goes perfectly with game meats and has hints of plums and honey. The grapes are hand-picked and dried in the vineyard. The wine is fermented in amphora, which are special fermentation tanks made of clay and cement that give the wine a unique flavour. This fermentation alternates with steel tanks and lasts 6-7 years. The wine is at its best when aired for 2 hours and paired with stew and game.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
