The Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC is a wine with an extraordinary history, coming from the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. This dry red wine has a medium body and an intense ruby color. The fruity aroma is beautifully complemented by a subtle hint of bitter almond, giving the wine its distinctive and refined flavor. The grapes, a harmonious blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, are carefully hand-picked from vines growing on the hills of Fumane.
After pressing, the wine matures for at least a year in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a balanced and fresh flavor. The wine then refines for several more months in bottle, fully developing its elegant structure. With an alcohol content of 13%, this Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC offers a smooth yet powerful taste experience.
This versatile wine is an excellent choice with a variety of Mediterranean dishes. It pairs perfectly with pasta dishes, white meats and stewed meats, and is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 16°-18°C. Enjoy the rich tradition and unique flavor of this beautiful Valpolicella.
