Cottini's Valpolicella Classico is obtained by pressing, taking into account the right proportions, mainly the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes. These grapes come from vines grown in the hilly area of Valpolicella Classica.

Aging: in steel tanks for about 6 months
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
