Valsellera Rosè Brut is a sparkling and surprising appearance in our wine region. This special sparkling wine is produced according to the “Rosé de Saignée” method, in which a short maceration with skin contact ensures a delicate color and a refined taste. The grapes are harvested by hand in late summer, after which fermentation takes place at 16°C. The wine then matures on the yeast for about 18 months, creating a rich and complex flavor experience.
With its pale ruby color and delicate aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, toasted bread and a hint of vanilla, Valsellera Rosè Brut offers a fresh and pleasant drinking experience. Its long, dry and intense finish makes this sparkling wine perfect for festive occasions and convivial get-togethers. Served at a temperature of 7-9 °C, the refined taste comes into its own in the best possible way.
