By selecting the most suitable Chardonnay grapes, a sparkling wine is obtained that, while ageing on lees in the bottle, achieves great finesse and elegance.
Vinification: manual harvest in early September. Gentle pressing of whole grapes, clarification and low-temperature fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle and ageing on lees for at least 20 months.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery.
All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
