The Valsellera Brut is a sophisticated sparkling wine made from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes. By harvesting the grapes by hand in early September and then gently pressing them, the pure flavor is preserved. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, followed by a second fermentation in bottle. The wine matures for a minimum of 20 months on lees, providing wonderful finesse and elegance. This traditional production process, known as the Metodo Classico, gives the Valsellera Brut its characteristic aroma of freshly baked bread crust, combined with the refined aroma of Chardonnay.
With its fine and persistent mousse, the Valsellera Brut offers a lively and elegant taste experience.
