The aging of this wine took place in stainless steel tanks, which maintains its fresh and pure structure. With an alcohol content of 10.0%, the wine offers drinking pleasure until 2025, if served at an optimal temperature of 6 to 8°C. The 2018 vintage was characterized by very hot and dry conditions, leading to high grape ripeness. Despite some drought stress on young plants, the growing season was generally very homogeneous.The harvest began early, in mid-August, under perfect weather conditions, and the cool nights in September preserved the acidity of the grapes, contributing to the freshness and durability of this vintage.
