Product description
Vigna Nera is a characterful Lambrusco Emilia IGP that owes its deep red color with purple reflections to a careful selection of grapes, mainly Lambrusco Salamino with a touch of Ancellotta. This wine is harvested by hand in early September on carefully tended vineyards with a yield of 120 quintals per hectare. The second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method at low temperature, naturally creating the effervescence of the wine.
In the glass, Vigna Nera surprises with an intense, vinous bouquet bursting with ripe red fruit, black cherry, juicy cherry and wild berries. On the palate, it shows excellent structure: full and harmonious, with a balanced sweetness of 8 grams per liter and a long, pleasant finish. With an alcohol content of 11%, the wine retains its freshness and drinkability, without sacrificing depth.
This Lambrusco is an ideal companion to rich, savory dishes of Emilian cuisine. It comes out perfectly alongside full pastas, pork, cured or aged meats such as cotechino and zampone, and aged cheeses. Serve it lightly chilled, between 8 and 10 °C, for the ultimate taste experience. Vigna Nera is an elegant expression of age-old tradition in a modern twist.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
