The Vin Rouge AOC Fronton is an organic red wine made from 65% Négrette, 20% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Gamay that goes perfectly with grilled meats, cheeses or a drinks board.
The wine is a blend of 4 grape varieties that together offer a varied and aromatic profile. A long maceration with several délestages is followed by partial ageing in oak barrels (40%) and in steel tanks (60%).
The wine has a ruby red colour with reflections of pomegranate. On the nose, the wine offers a rich array of aromas such as fruits, berries, floral notes of violets but also hints of salt wood and other wood tones. The mouthfeel is refined and round with pleasant tannins.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
