The Vinature Barbera d'Asti DOCG - Without added sulfites is a full-bodied and intense ruby-red wine with a distinctive character, making it ideal for pairing with hearty meat dishes and aged cheeses. Produced without added sulfites, the wine undergoes fermentation in third-use tonneaux barrels in an oxygen-free environment, preserving its freshness and enhancing its natural structure.
With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it offers an intense and characteristic aroma, while on the palate, it is rich and pleasantly smooth. Best served at a temperature of 16-18°C.
