The Vino Bianco Frizzante Testardo is a sparkling white wine made from 100% Glera and the ideal companion for the extended cocktail party or light appetisers.
This wine has a straw yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage. The foam is delicate and light. On the nose, aromas of yellow apple, pears and acacia flowers are evident, accompanied by more yeasty notes such as bread crust, yeast and brioche. Over time, the aroma profile evolves into more complex aromas such as dried apple crisps, chamomile, dried apricots and dandelion.
The grapes are harvested by hand in Santo Stefano, Valdobbiadene, from vineyards on hillsides facing south-west, at an altitude of 200-300 metres above sea level. The soils are shallow and clayey with limestone and marl. After manual harvest and selection of the grapes, vinification is carried out with controlled fermentation and maturation in cement tanks.
The wine undergoes secondary fermentation according to the Metodo Tradizionale, resulting in an alcohol content of 11% vol and residual sugar of 0 g/l. VINO BIANCO FRIZZANTE Testardo embodies the authentic taste of the Valdobbiadene area, offering a lively and flavourful experience. This wine is ideal for sharing with friends and enjoying the region's rich gastronomy.
