Product description
The VSQ Metodo Classico Bianco Brut 412 is a sparkling white wine made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay that goes well with seafood or a drinks board.
The wine has a pale straw yellow colour with green reflections. The wine's aromas have hints of green apple, white and yellow flowers as well as almond and brioche. The mouth feel of the wine is structured with balanced acidity and a long but soft finish thanks to the subtle bubbles. The grapes are picked manually and the grape varieties are vinified separately in steel tanks. The different wines are then blended and aged sur lees in bottle for at least another 24 months according to the metodo classico method.
