The wine is dry in taste, offering a light and fresh flavour profile with notes of citrus and pear. It is aged in a stainless steel tank and produced using conventional methods. The grapes grow on soils of shell limestone, which contributes to the wine's unique minerality.
This wine is best served at 6-8°C and makes an excellent companion to light and bright dishes such as seafood, veal, fish or poultry.
