Cantina Micheli, located in Italy's Valle di Cembra, began with Francesco's dreams of restoring his vineyards and nurturing his passion for winemaking. Despite setbacks in 2017, the winery produced a beautiful Metodo Classico wine. Since then, Cantina Micheli has built a solid reputation for several wines, including the sparkling Brut Metodo Classico and the Brut Rosè Metodo Classico, as well as Schiava and Kerner. With vineyards at different altitudes and diverse soil characteristics, each wine takes on a unique character.
