The 'Yallisa' Rosé Lustraleis a rosé made from 70% Pinot Nero and 30% Chardonnaywhich is best drunk as aperitivoor with fish, seafood. The 'Yallisa' Rosé Lustraleis a product of intuitionand passion for this type of wine. The Pinot Nero grapes used were destined for a big solid red wine but the winemaker felt it could also be made into a nice Rose. The first year of production is 2022 which was preceded by several years of tasting and trying. The name 'Rose Lustrale' is in homage to classical antiquity. The wine has a bright pinkcolour with on the nose a fruity bouquet of aromas with hints of ofred onion. It is a pleasant dry yet fresh wine with good acidity and long persistence that finishes with a delicate bitterness on the palate.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
