With a blend of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay, supplemented by 30% reserve wine from a perpetual reserve started in 1982, this Champagne reflects decades of craftsmanship. The base wine is from the 2021 vintage, and after a resting period of 18 to 24 months in the cellar, the Champagne is manually aged without the addition of liqueur during dégorgement. This results in a pure, clean style with impressive complexity. The limited production of only 5,000 bottles a year makes it an exclusive choice.
